6 month, Client-centered curriculum based on the Matrix Model.
Group sessions including: Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Traditional Outpatient (OP).
Individualized case management with State licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors.
Suboxone Maintenance Available.
Vivitrol Injections Available.
